ezIcon Generator v1.13 Update

This update to ezIcon Generator has quite a few changes internally and a large bug fix with DPI scaling that caused a blank screen when DPI greater than 150%.. There should be a visible speed increase, many resources are now included internally rather than downloading from CDN.
